On our way to Wheaten Woolens...

When traveling, we like to enjoy the journey and make stops along the way...
Our first stop was Blumen Gardens in Sycamore, Illinois.

I was there in April and knew that Mom would love it.
It was so fun to be there when all is blooming.

Such an amazing oasis!

Mom and I love hollyhocks and these were gorgeous.

We couldn't decide which were prettier - the white or the pink...

After Blumen Gardens, we hopped over to Antique Archaeology -
home of the American Pickers television show.

We all watch the show and it was fun to see the store in person.

This sign reminds me of my Dad who loved his Hamm's beer back in the day...

I love this flag sign, which is perfect for the season!

After this stop it was on to Wheaten Woolens!

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—
his good, pleasing and perfect will.
~Romans 12:2

Blessings, Patti

How great that you could call into the Antique Archeology shop. I'm in Australia & love watching their programme.
