Here I am...

"Here I am Lord, Is it I, Lord?
I have heard You calling in the night.
I will go Lord, if You lead me.
I will hold Your people in my heart."
~James Kilbane ~ Here I Am Lord Lyrics

Just a quick note to let you know that I am still around...
It has been a crazy month, traveling for two and a half weeks with lots to share.

Then unexpected news that stops you in your tracks.
My father is seriously ill in central Illinois
while my mother in law is having a health emergency in northern Illinois.

At times like this we need to hold on to what we cherish most:
faith, family and friends.

Thank you all for your continued prayers and support.

"Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us."
~Romans 5:1-5

Blessings, Patti

Patti, I have been praying for you since you mentioned your father's condition. We went through something similar in July with my father in law, and he is now with Jesus. Will continue to pray for all of you. Thank you for taking a few minutes to update us.

Prayers for you and your family; it is always such a hard thing to go through times like this. What would we do without our family and faith in God? He is there with you in all things. Take care.

Hugs to you,

Pam Lacey
