The Needle In and Mercantile were the grand finale of our retreat!
A day spent stitching and shopping ~ what can be better?!
Here is the booth of Lori Ann Corelis of The Spotted Hare
after the crowds left her booth pretty bare :)
I bought these pretty crinkly ribbons at her booth.
Rebekah L. Smith's booth was quite bare as well by the time I thought to take pictures.
Mom bought these lovely wools from Rebekah
and I bought these.
I bought some of Rebekah's wonderful hand-dyed linen.
It has such an unusual texture and wonderful color.
I also bought one of her sweet Stitching Elements baskets ~ all of the essentials needed to work on one of Rebekah's projects including a handmade pincushion box filled with pins all packaged in a vintage strawberry basket. Sew sweet!
This is the booth of Kelsey Anilee ~ Rebekah's daughter.
Mom bought this sweet necklace from Kelsey.
and lucky me! Mom bought me one too!
I also bought these lovely notecards.
Here's a close up of my pretty necklace. I love the tree!
Next is the lovely Accent on Primitives wooden wares of The Schomburgs.
The shapes, colors and workmanship are so wonderful!
And I bought this piece for Mom.
This is only half of the booths from The Mercantile.
I will be back with the other half shortly and will be having a little giveaway, too.
Sow your seed in the morning,
and at evening let your hands not be idle,
for you do not know which will succeed,
whether this or that,
or whether both will do equally well.
